Refund policy

• Exchange is allowed within 5 days of receiving the product
• Tags must be intact and the product should not be used, washed, or altered.
  
•  No refunds - only exchange with another product.
  
• The original invoice is mandatory for all exchanges.
  
• Returned item must be properly packed along with the invoice.
  
•  Exchange will not be accepted if the item shows damage, stains, perfume smell, or wear marks.
  
• After we receive and check the returned product at our store, the customer can choose another shirt for replacement immediately.
  
• Discount/offer products may have limited exchange options.
  
• Customer is responsible for sending the return product to our store.
